During a fan signing, one of Jackson's fans decided to place a fake cockroach in between the album. When Jackson opened the album to sign it, he immediately jumped from his seat horrified by the fake roach. Jackson is known for being afraid of bugs. This prank caused a fright to Jackson but he went along in signing the fan's album.
